It's our brain's attempt to make split-second decisions about how we perceive the world around us. I am excited to offer a webinar on understanding your biases and what implicit bias is. Understanding your own biases is an important step toward building a more inclusive workplace, where all employees are treated equally and your employees treat everyone they deal with equally.
